🏰 Welcome to Our Ever Ever After
We’re so excited to have you join us as we celebrate our Disney Wedding — where dreams really do come true! ✨
Below you’ll find everything you need to plan your trip, from travel tips to park magic. Whether this is your first visit or your fiftieth, we can’t wait to share the wonder with you at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
We’re working with Dillon, a Disney travel advisor with Travelmation, who is basically our fairy godplanner ✨
Even if you’ve planned Disney trips before, Dillon already knows what we’re up to, when things are happening, and how to help line up all the fun around our wedding events — without any stress.
His services are completely free, and the link below leads to a special planning page created just for our celebration.

Dillon will reach out to help with resorts, tickets, events, and all the little Disney details — you just show up ready for magic. Pixie dust included! 🏰🎄✨
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2026 at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, followed by a magical late-night celebration the same evening as we head to Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios — a festive, after-hours holiday party filled with old-Hollywood glamour, live entertainment, seasonal treats, twinkling lights, and Disney holiday cheer. 🎬🎄✨
✈️ Getting There
Main Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Transportation Options:
Mears Connect Bus Service: Convenient transportation directly from the airport to Disney Resort hotels.
Ride-share and Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are readily available.
Car Rentals: Available at the airport if you’d like flexibility to explore beyond the parks.
🏨 Where to Stay
There’s magic for every style and budget.
Disney’s Crescent Lake area — where our celebration takes place — is surrounded by several beautiful resorts, all within walking distance of our ceremony at Crescent Terrace and reception at Bluezoo.
Walkable Resorts:
Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resorts (where our events will be held)
Disney’s Swan Reserve
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
Disney’s Beach Club Resort
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Guests staying at any of these resorts can easily stroll to both the ceremony and reception — no transportation needed.
If you prefer to stay a bit farther out with easy transportation, the Disney Skyliner offers quick and scenic access to the Epcot Resort area.
Resorts with Skyliner Access:
Disney’s Riviera Resort
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
Disney’s Pop Century Resort
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Off-Site Options:
There are also excellent off-property hotels within a short drive of Walt Disney World, many offering complimentary park shuttles or convenient access to the Epcot Resort area. This can be a great option for guests looking for additional flexibility or different price ranges.
Driving & Parking:
If you plan to drive, parking is available at all Disney resorts and at the Swan and Dolphin. Both valet and self-parking are offered for a daily fee. Ride-share services such as Uber and
Lyft can drop off directly at the Swan entrance for easy access to both event locations.
✨ Travel Tip: Staying near Epcot is especially convenient — you’ll be steps from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot and just a short boat ride or walk to Hollywood Studios, making it easy to add a little extra Disney magic to your weekend.
🕰️ When to Arrive
We recommend arriving on Thursday, December 10th or Friday, December 11th to relax, enjoy the resort, and settle in before the wedding festivities begin.
You may want to plan to stay through Sunday, December 13th to make the most of your visit — between the wedding celebration and our late-night Jollywood adventure, there’s plenty of magic packed into the weekend. ✨🎬🎄
If you plan to attend Jollywood Nights or explore the parks during your stay, Dillon can take care of tickets, reservations, and planning for you. He can also help get you set up with the My Disney Experience app so everything is ready to go before you arrive.
Pro tip: Pack comfy shoes, festive attire, and your favorite Mickey ears for extra magic. 🐭✨
💌 Important Notes
December weather in Orlando is usually mild, but evenings can be cool — bring layers.
Comfortable shoes are a must, especially for park evenings and late-night celebrations.
Bring your park ticket, MagicBand, or mobile pass for any park events.
